Outlook Integration

You are not required to login into Stafftrends if you are using Outlook plug-in. Stafftrends session will be created automatically by using the credentials that you have provided in plug-in settings screen.

Stafftrends plug-in simply appears as an additional toolbar in the outlook application. You can decide which buttons you prefer to use and you can easily change them when needed. Each button corresponds to individual screens/reports in Stafftrends. When you select an email and click on appropriate button, it will automatically parse the email content and fill in the corresponding fields in Stafftrends screens.

Note:

Outlook key that you specify in settings screen should match with the key that you see in Stafftrends user profile screen, in order for you to establish Stafftrends session automatically. You can regenerate this outlook key in your user profile any time and update it in your outlook plug-in settings.
